Yes. When you sign-up for your new EZsitePRO website, there is an option for us to purchase a domain name for you. Once we receive your order, we will use the credit card information that you provide to purchase a new domain name on your behalf to be used for your new EZsitePRO website. Yes. Upon request, we can enable SmarterStats for your EZsitePRO website for no extra charge. SmarterStats is a robust website traffic statistics program that allows you to analyze the traffic to your website in great detail. To enable SmarterStats for your website, simply e-mail customer support with your request. - Does the monthly price for an EZsitePRO website include e-mail accounts? +
Yes, each EZsitePRO website includes up to 50 e-mail accounts. - Does the monthly price for an EZsitePRO website include hosting? +
Yes, all EZsitePRO websites include hosting on our dedicated servers. - How much disk space do I get with my EZsitePRO website? +
Each EZsitePRO website comes with 500 MB of disk space. Keep in mind, however, that when you upload pictures to your EZsitePRO website, the pictures are automatically optimized for the web. For example, if you upload a 3 MB picture, it is automatically optimized down to around 50-100 KB. Therefore, you could upload around 5,000-10,000 pictures before reaching your disk space limit of 500 MB. - If I were to somehow exceed my disk space limit of 500 MB, can I purchase more disk space? +
Yes. You can purchase another 500 MB of space for an additional $5.00 per month. - Is there any software to install to update my EZsitePRO website? +
No. All EZsitePRO websites are updated using our custom, secure, web-based Content Management System that can be accessed from any computer with internet access.
Set-up
- How long does it take for my new EZsitePRO website to be set-up? +
Just a few hours. Depending on the time of day that you order your EZsitePRO website, you should receive your "welcome" e-mail within 1-3 hours, sometimes longer. Some orders can take up to half a day to process and set-up. In most cases, you should be able to begin building your new EZsitePRO website in a matter of hours from the time that you place your order.

(2) Upload Your Content
With EZsitePRO, you can quickly and easily create and upload content to your website with no knowledge or experience of web design or HTML. Using our custom content management system, you become an "expert" at web design. If you already have a website and need to transfer your content to your new EZsitePRO website, you have two options:
- Transfer the Content Yourself - EZsitePRO is quick and easy to use. In most cases, moving content from your old website to your new EZsitePRO website is as simple as copy-and-paste.
- Quick Flip (Site Transfer Service) - With our Quick Flip service, our Support Team will transfer all of the content from your old website to your new EZsitePRO website for you. Learn more »
(3) Go LIVE
Once your new EZsitePRO website is ready to go LIVE, you simply point your domain name to our servers (don't worry, it is easy to do, and we can walk you through the process if needed). Next, all you need to do is start spreading the word about your great new website!
