Training
EZsitePRO is very easy to use, even for the most novice computer user. No HTML experience is needed. If you are familiar with filling out online forms and using common word processors such as Microsoft WORD, then you should have no problem using EZsitePRO. If, however, you find that you need training or assistance on how to use EZsitePRO, see below.
Online Video Tutorials
To learn how to use your EZsitePRO at your own pace, we offer many online training videos and other tutorials to help you become an "expert" user of EZsitePRO. You can access these FREE training videos in our online Help Desk.
Online Webinar Training
Included with all EZsitePRO websites, we offer a 1-hour online webinar training course with a member of our support team. A webinar is a virtual meeting where we can share our computer screen with you and talk to you via phone. Up to 10 members of your business or organization can attend the webinar training from the comfort of their own computers (and phones). Online webinar training is FREE. Onsite Training
For those clients located within a 100 mile radius of Bryan/College Station, we offer onsite training for you and your staff. The "Basic Training" is a 2-hour course that covers how to use all the various features of your EZsitePRO website. The price for onsite training is $100 plus $1 per mile (each way) from Bryan/College Station to your place of business (this covers the time and gas for travel).
